1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services purchased from Montgomery Management Inc.

2. Nature of Services

Our services are digital consulting and advisory services. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are generally final.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The service has not yet been delivered

  • A written cancellation request is submitted before service commencement

  • There is a failure on our part to deliver the agreed service

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Services have already been delivered (fully or partially)
  • Client fails to attend scheduled consultations
  • Client does not provide required information for service completion

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled consultations

  • Late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds

 

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Clients are encouraged to contact us first at Info@wingsofmontgomery.com before initiating a dispute
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in service suspension and legal action

7. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe or PayPal
