4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely fulfillment, clients must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for the consulting services.
  • Respond promptly to communication and requests for additional details.
  • Attend scheduled meetings or notify us in advance for rescheduling.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule consultations with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Montgomery Management Inc. reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to the client.

6. Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of consulting services, all sales are generally final.
  • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:
    • Services have not yet been delivered, or
    • There is a documented failure to deliver agreed services.
  • No refunds will be issued once services have been fully rendered or delivered.

7. Payment Terms

  • All services must be paid in full in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
